Standard Delivery
1–3 business days islandwide. SGD 6 flat rate. Free on orders above SGD 150.
Express Delivery
Next business day delivery. Order by 2pm Mon–Fri. SGD 12 flat rate.
Self Collection
Collect from our Singapore outlet. Free. Arrange via WhatsApp after ordering.
Same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
DELIVERY COVERAGE
We deliver to all addresses in Singapore including HDB, condominiums, landed properties, and commercial addresses. We do not currently ship internationally — contact us via WhatsApp if you are outside Singapore and we will advise on available options.
Bulky or Oversized Items
Certain items such as batting tees or catcher's full sets may incur a bulky item surcharge of SGD 8. This is shown clearly at checkout before payment.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your delivery via the courier's website. If you have not received a tracking update within 24 hours of dispatch, contact us at hello@jplsports.com or +65 9070 9072.
What if I miss my delivery?
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, the parcel is held at the nearest collection point for 5 days. You will be notified via SMS.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes can be made up to 1 hour after placing your order. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +65 9070 9072.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Standard deliveries operate Monday to Saturday. Express delivery is available Monday to Friday only.
