RETURN POLICY
30-day returns on all equipment. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been used in play or training.
Eligible for Return
Unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Defective or incorrectly shipped items at any time.
Not Eligible
Items that have been used, broken in, or altered. Items without original packaging or tags. Sale items marked as final sale.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges on gloves and cleats within 30 days. Contact us first to confirm stock availability.
HOW TO RETURN
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +65 9070 9072 or email hello@jplsports.com with your order reference and reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include your order reference number inside the parcel.
- Drop off at the agreed collection point or arrange courier return (we cover return shipping costs for defective items).
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective item or the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Can I return a glove I have started to break in?
Unfortunately no — once a glove has been conditioned, oiled, or used in any way, it is no longer eligible for return. We recommend consulting our sizing guide or contacting us for advice before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
